In connection with your use of the booking page, Midttrafik collects and processes information relating to the name, email address, address and telephone number of the person making the booking, and the time and place of departure and the destination. |
| What do we use the information for? |
The purpose of processing the information is to enable Midttrafik, in its capacity as a transport company, to receive your booking, sell tickets, issue receipts, identify you in connection with support cases, collect payment as well as transporting groups. |
| What is the legal basis? |
The processing of the information and data is covered by the General Data Protection Regulation, including Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation, and Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation. |

Recipients of the information include the taxicab owners or bus companies which perform the transport or other public authorities. |
