When and how do we collect your information? |
In some cases, Midttrafik receives information about its customers’ Rejsekort information from Rejsekort & Rejseplan A/S for Midttrafik’s own processing purposes in order to be able to service and administer its customers in matters to do with their Rejsekort. |
What type of information about you is processed? |
The information we process can cover travel history over the past 13 consecutive months, information about customers’ names, dates of birth and contact details, information about customers’ Rejsekort as well as top-up and renewal agreements. |
What do we use the information for? |
The purpose of Midttrafik collecting customers’ Rejsekort information is to exercise the official authority vested in Midttrafik as a transport company, and to comply with Midttrafik’s legal obligations in connection with fine cases, ticket checks, debt collection, customer complaints, travel guarantees, financial cases and appeals cases. |
What is the legal basis? |
The processing of the information and data is covered by the General Data Protection Regulation, including Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation, and Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation. |
Are there other recipients of this information? |
Recipients of the information may be debt collection agencies, other public authorities, for example boards of appeal, SKAT, municipalities and the police. |
How long do we keep your information for? |
Your information is stored for as long as is necessary for the purposes described above and to comply with Midttrafik’s duty to journalise information as well as for bookkeeping purposes. |
